Report a System Outage  
 This form is used to report a system outage to the IT Help Desk. Please only use this form if you are unable to access a system due to an outage or error message. If you are having issues with your BlueNet account, please go to the Accounts Management system (linked on CentralPipeline) to reset your password or call the IT Help Desk at 860-832-1720.
